Repairs done right

We are among the best in the business when it comes to structural and fiberglass repairs for keel, hull and rudder damage. Our extensive repair experience, techniques and materials provide you with work that is done correctly and lasts. A quality repair starts with quality products. All structural repairs are performed with epoxy resin creating a superior permanent bond, greater tensile strength, minimal shrinkage plus high UV and moisture tolerance. MId-layering is a technique we use to ensure adhesion between the epoxy and the finish layer as well as provide additional protection. We use both structural 1708 dual-biaxial mat (DBM) fiberglass fabric as well as 10 oz fiberglass cloth. Finish coatings, whether a linear polyurethane like Awlgrip, a polyester based polyurethane like Axelseal or a pigmented polyester gelcoat, are applied to both protect and finish the surface. We can do custom color matching to ensure blending if your vessel is older or has significant UV damage impacting color matching. Your vessel is special to you and to us. We take great care in determining the best repair solution based on your unique situation.
